Job Summary Job Title: Senior Assistant Director / Deputy Director
Department : Quality Forum Qualification: B-Tech/MBA Experience: Minimum 7-12 years of experience.Exposure to Projects with multilaterals, Industry for improvements and profitability, Exposure to Quality Tools, Business Development, Proposal drafting, Pre-sales support, report writing, research-based work will be added advantage. Prior experience in L & D/Training domain in training organizations, exposure to BD will be preferred. Job Details: He/ She will be accountable for:
  • Lead Quality desk at FQF with seamless handling of projects in hand and take responsibility for business growth and expansion. He shall also take responsibility for all quality trainings and work towards strengthening of training portfolio
  • Manage Back-end operation for Training and Projects (i.e. maintaining financial and technical discipline of desk, database management, execution of training/project plans, Research work and report writing)
  • Manage end to end ISO 9001 certification for FICCI
  • Provide support for ongoing and new conferences, workshops, one to one meetings by way of preparing background documents, agendas, case study collection, conference proceedings, minutes of meetings and participant database
  • Manage relationships with clients, sponsors, stakeholders/customers, external agencies and vendors.
  • Manage all quality and productivity related trainings and ensure its sustained growth
  • Coordination with clients/partners (internal/ external)
  • Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, administration, other pooled resource departments) and sectoral divisions on regular basis for domain related work and activities

  • Competencies: Technical (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude)
    • Good Project Management skill, Business Development, Marketing
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), exposure of social media tools viz. Linked inn, Twitter
    • Exposure to Quality management system, Quality tools like LEAN, Six Sigma, Report writing and research work
    • Exposure to Training/L & D, Quality Domain will be an added advantage
    • Writing skills for Proposal Writing/Report Writing
