Project Engineer Job in Fermex Solutions Llp

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
• Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
• Liaise with project lead and other managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project development phase.
• Perform business process analysis, financial analysis, performance assessment, project management and risk assessment for the assigned project.
• Manage engineering team to deliver projects within defined scope and timelines.
• Ensure project deliverables match with project plan and estimates.
• Review and approve project deliverables.
• Communicate with the management and client to keep them informed of progress and issues.
• Manage, mentor and train team members in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Follow project management practices to efficiently manage team members and customers.
• Set learning objectives and activities to improve team skills and performance.
• Conduct performance review and provide feedback to staff.
• Handle customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with clients to address specific business needs and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in design engineering, engineering, or industry-specific certificates.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Good experience with computer operating systems.
• Knowledge of Visio would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details.
• Highly organized and detailed oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed
  efficiently and effectively.
• Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.
