Role Summary:

This Position is for the e-Commerce business vertical. The hire for this position will be part of the Technology CET team

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to build, manage & deploy solutions that drive the applications driven by AI
• Set up and manage infrastructure of our AI development and production environments.
• Help AI product managers and business stakeholders understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products.
• Collaborate closely with consultants/advisors in project execution
• Build data ingest and data transformation infrastructure.
• Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets.
• Create APIs and help business customers put results of AI models into operations.
• Keep a tab on the latest AI research relevant to our business domain.

Relevant Experience and Required Skills:

• Any experience in Product Recommendation, predictive analytics, demand forecasting in real-world projects, optimization and model interpretability will be plus
• 3-5 years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Strong statistical background in descriptive and inferential statistics, regression, forecasting techniques, analytical skills, handling large volumes of unstructured/structured data.
• Strong Programming background in Python (including frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Good understanding of Algorithms, Database concepts and Data Structures.
• Elicit quality attributes of the system and define metrics to establish its success.
• Analytic mindset and obsession for data.
• Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills and getting-things-done demeanor.
• Ability to handle dynamic challenges and stay motivated while work pressure.

Mandatory Skills:

• Python (Ability to build production grade software)
• TensorFlow / Pytorch
• Machine learning libraries such as numpy, scikit etc
• Tools for large amounts of data processing such as Apache Spark etc.
• Background in big data technology and respective tools
• Ability to implement ML systems end-to-end; this includes big-data handling, pre-processing, model generation logic, model persistence including choice of online data stores, etc., systems for consuming active feedback (online learning), web services to publish model predictions.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology.
