Job Summary

Reports to Project manager

Scope of work includes:

  • Communicating with the client, Understand the specs & explain the same to the software developer team
  • Get the Q&A from the team and seek clarification from the team / Coordinate
  • Create and fill the schedule based on daily progress of the project
  • Coordinate & Liaison with the client team in case of delays or issues
  • Basic translation of emails or documents and good language interpretation skills
  • Assist in documentation, meeting minutes, design documents

Skills and requirements:

  • Liking and basic understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle
  • Ability to deep dive into concepts and projects and get an understanding of the subject or issue
  • Communication and coordination across various stakeholders (client / software developers / testers / other teams)
  • Good Japanese language communication skills (spoken / listening / email writing & documenting)
  • Good understanding of MS word / Excel / ppt / skype skillsets
