Job Summary
- 5+ years experience in project or program management in Banking and Financial implementation projects
- Implementation with Client facing experience is a MUST
- Project management certifications (PMI, CSM, Agile, SAFe, etc.,) is MANDATORY
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder expectation management skills
- Experience in leading Core Banking projects is a plus
- Experience with Finastra products is a plus
