Data & Analytics: understanding of data architecture, quality and hygiene, and how to improve data gathering processes Strong business acumen & program management skills, highly detail-oriented. Comfortable to challenge and analyse data insights where appropriate with senior stakeholders Stakeholder engagement: clear communicator with professional presence; experience working with senior stakeholders (ELT-1), ability to influence (verbally, written material) to drive to an outcome Agile mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, action oriented, able to work independently and synthesize vast amounts of info quickly
