Job Summary

We are looking for Facilities and Administration Associatesto supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively enable the other operations to function properly.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Manage travel arrangements, appointments, bookings and other tasks as required
  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of office space & its premises to meet health and safety standards
  • Organise and coordinate for events,meetings occuring in the office space, offsite or via video conference
  • Identifying vendors, negotiating contracts and maintaining the relationships
  • Ensure adherence to ISO policies & procedures and other regulations related to compliance
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solvingskills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
