Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, MSSQL Server, and C#, with experience in architecting, designing, and deploying scalable systems. As a Technology Lead, you will guide and manage a team of developers while ensuring the successful execution of medium to large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of medium to large-scale systems using ASP.NET, MVC, MSSQL Server, C#, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Manage a team of 5-10 developers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from initial design to deployment.
- Architect and design scalable, efficient, and high-performing systems that can handle increasing workloads.
- Identify and handle application bottlenecks, providing optimization solutions to improve system performance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members, ensuring continuous development and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, MSSQL Server (2008/12), C#, JavaScript, and JQuery.
- Proven experience in architecting and designing medium to large scalable systems.
- Previous experience leading and managing a team of 5-10 developers on medium to large-sized projects.
- In-depth knowledge of handling application bottlenecks and optimizing code for performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
