Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- This role would be responsible for driving sales for the assigned products to drive greater value for the business. He/she would manage and drive the inside sales teams.
- Work with the team to develop and execute the sales strategy.
- Learn/ Upgrade one s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
- Understand Customer profiles & problems to explain the importance of early intervention
- Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
- Make inbound andoutbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective parents.
- Fix appointments with the therapists on a daily basis with prospective children & parents.
- Cost-efficient customer acquisition and ensuring a high volume of daily transactions
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Sales domain
- B2C sales experience is mandatory
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
- Willingness to build a career in the sales domain
- Proactive in sharing thoughts and ideas, and implementing new methods
- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches
- High energy and enthusiasm
