Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • This role would be responsible for driving sales for the assigned products to drive greater value for the business. He/she would manage and drive the inside sales teams.
  • Work with the team to develop and execute the sales strategy.
  • Learn/ Upgrade one s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
  • Understand Customer profiles & problems to explain the importance of early intervention
  • Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
  • Make inbound andoutbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective parents.
  • Fix appointments with the therapists on a daily basis with prospective children & parents.
  • Cost-efficient customer acquisition and ensuring a high volume of daily transactions
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Sales domain
  • B2C sales experience is mandatory
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
  • Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
  • Willingness to build a career in the sales domain
  • Proactive in sharing thoughts and ideas, and implementing new methods
  • Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches
  • High energy and enthusiasm
