Senior HRIS Analyst will perform the following responsibilities : Collaboratively define, enable, and execute on the measurable HR technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives as well as compliance Maximize improvements, usability and automation by analyzing current practices, recommending solutions, and designing and implementing modifications Lead requirements-gathering, roadmap, configuration setup and ongoing management for new, third-party integrations and technologies Partner with HR leaders and external vendors to identify opportunities to optimize HR technology solutions and processes Partner with Business Leaders to gather feedback and requirements needed to configure and maintain Workday systems to meet achieve business results Support end-to-end release management, and stay updated with Workday releases and new features to identify opportunities Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday implementation projects Support administration of Workday Security Framework and ITGC and SOX controls for the effectiveness of the system and process operation Develop and maintain reports, resources, training materials, and documentation on Workday system configurations and processes as applicable What You May Need to be Successful 4+ years of experience in HRIS/HRIT 3+ years of experience in Workday Configuration and Project Implementations. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Workday in a public organization Analytical approach to best HR Business Processes and Workday functionality including, but not limited to Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruitment, Learning, Workday Payroll, External Payroll Integrations (PECI/Studio/ PICOF) Absence, Time Tracking, Workday Financials, Procurement, Projects, Project Billing Expense Management, Security, and Reporting & Analytics. Support release management, review release summaries, and release readiness documents from system vendors. Workday certification is a plus.
