Solutions Engineer Job in First Advantage

Responsibilities: Support all sales and implementation activities to include proposal support, product positioning, process flow development and technology demonstrations brought in by assigned sales team. Role will support both virtual and in-person presentations requiring extensive knowledge of platforms and background screening capabilities. Management of customer onboarding projects and key documentation Scheduling key project dates and keeping stakeholders on task through to project completion, often under extremely tight deadlines. Document all pertinent information relative to account configuration and program scope to include the creation and maintenance of project plan and requirements documentation Serve as the Global Subject Matte Expert (SME) to help support large scale global deals to ensure appropriate discovery and product positioning is conducted. Support training curriculum of new sales representatives by conducting product and platform training to help ensure sellers are equipped with the appropriate product knowledge necessary to be successful. Internal Subject matter expert supporting with internal RFP s and customer responses. What You May Need to be Successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT preferred 4+ total years of experience The successful candidate will have experience within Pre Sales, Implementation and Account Management//Customer Success environments. The ideal candidate should have the following personal attributes and skills: Communication skills Presentation skills Interest in and understanding of the HR and Background Screening industry Understanding of key sales processes Basic Project management The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments Influencing and negotiation skills Aptitude for time management and organisation Strong communication and listening skills problem-solving and attention to detail.
