What You Will Be Doing: Technology Roadmap: Follow best practices and methodologies, ensuring a thorough understanding of the technology roadmap to enhance design and development processes with innovative solutions. Technical Problem-Solving: Play a key role in resolving technical roadblocks that involve multiple technologies. Collaboration: Work with Tech Leads to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks that meet business requirements, stay within scope, and are delivered on time. Documentation: Responsible for writing clear and comprehensive technical documents. Quality Improvement: Continually enhance the quality of deliverables from the development team. Testing Oversight: Ensure code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing are conducted effectively. Deployment Participation: Take part in the production deployment of application components. Production Support: Assist in identifying, isolating, resolving, and communicating problems within the production environment. What You Bring: Experience: 6 to 10 years in software development methodologies and best practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Angular (versions 2-9), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring MVC. Programming Expertise: Excellent programming skills with a strong understanding of OOP and related concepts. Web Services: Experience with SOAP/REST web services and UI frameworks like Bootstrap. Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices for collaborative development. Scalable Applications: Experience in developing highly scalable and reliable web applications, integrating with internal and external systems. Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring Boot React/Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML AWS, Cloud concepts, Containerization Design and consume RESTful web services SOA, DevOps (GitLab, GitBash) Nice to Have: Angular/React Kubernetes Servlet, JSP, JSF CI/CD Build configurations Spring, Hibernate Qualifications: A Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Competencies: Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing technical and commercial solutions with diverse audiences. Attention to Detail: Proven track record of producing high-quality documentation. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and adapt priorities based on client and internal requirements. Self-Starter with Team Mindset: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating as part of a global team.
