Role Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer - Sr Professional I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams, contributing to quality assurance best practices, automated testing, and continuous process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact product quality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed quality assurance testing for software applications.
- Develop and implement thorough test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects.
- Apply QA best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Participate in peer code and test plan reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes.
- Responsibilities may be adjusted as needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- 2+ years of experience in automation testing.
- 2+ years of experience in performance testing.
- 2+ years working within Agile development methodologies.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Knowledge of security testing practices.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) models.
- Relevant certifications in software testing methodologies are a plus.
