Job Responsibility

• Research on potential markets and business sectors that Fitternity can capture while finding lucrative opportunities lying in the existing markets and business relations.
• Exploring sources to reach out to corporate leaders and HR Heads of various MNC s, finding which source gives the highest conversion/response rate.
• Reaching out to Indian and International companies, explaining business opportunities and setting up meetings with these prospects.
• Assisting the execution team by designing programs for corporates according to requirements and budgets, finding fitness classes options, coordinating payments and documentations, monitoring corporate sessions and taking feedback to ensure smooth functioning.
• Curating employee engagement ideas such as creating mailers and informative content.
