Finance Head Job in Fitternity

Job Responsibility

• Analysing and maintaining end-to-end financial function covering Finance, General Accounting, General Ledger and Treasury Management
• Preparing and publishing timely MIS, financial statements and updates
• Review all financial plans, budgets and track financial performance
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure the financial reporting frameworks are in line with government regulations and legislation
• Manage all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems guaranteeing they are agreeable with administrative requirements.
• Assist founders with investor relations and business plan development
• Ensure internal controls are strong and other processed related to Finance & taxes are in place
• Audit all financial plans and budgets and monitor all periodic financial reports.
• Getting financial insights to drive accountability, responsibility, productivity and growth opportunities.
• Ensure Payroll processing and accruals are done on time

Education/Experience

• Chartered Accountant degree (cleared in first attempt)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (particularly excel), Tally accounting system emailing systems (Outlook/ Gmail etc.)
• 5+ years of work experience in working with start-ups, internet/tech companies
