Job Summary

Job Description

To follow the cGMP rules and regulation.
Job allocation & work distribution to the microbiologists for routine activities and review of the work done by them.
To be Responsible for Sterility Testing & its documentations.
Sampling & analysis of Raw water, Purified Water & Water for Injection and its documentation
To be Responsible for maintaining day to day records of Micro analysis and the Media used in various analysis
Preparation, updation review of Microbiology department SOPs, protocols & reports.
To perform Lab QA activities in the Quality Control lab & to follow GLP norms.
To ensure calibration of the laboratory instruments are done as per the frequency & to review the records of calibrations.
To maintain the stock of materials required in microbiology and sterility lab and send the purchase request when needed.
To review and maintain the documents as per GMP norms (e.g. Sops, Formats, Log book, protocols, reports etc.)

Note: Need experience from injectable plants only.

1 to 6 Year
