Job Summary


Job Description / ResponsibilityPromoting MI Brand products and business development within assigned territory.Conducting team meetings and interacting in con-calls with MI Buddys, TSMs & State heads.Daily visiting 2 stores and daily login Attendance before 11am and after 7pm with GPS Location.Tracking TSMs/CMOs/MEs performance and their PJP Adherence. Coordinating with TSMs daily regarding sales to reach weekly, monthly targets. Responsible for Tertiary should be 90% of primary.Primary accessory billing needs to be 25%.Identification of new MI stores.Reaching Primary billing target for every month.Monitoring Category wise product should be available.Maintaining MSQ in all Stores. Responsible for 100% Stock allocation to partner and Timely billing is done.Maintain Partner Relationship, Birth day Celebrations, rapport building and store anniversary.Daily basis accessory sale needs to be updated.Recruitment and coaching of TSMs, CMOs, MEs.Audit Check List needs to be filled for every store visit and shared on mail once in 2 days/ a week.Planning and implementing promotional events to improve the sale as per brand instructions.Preparation & submission of Sales Reports to Sales heads from time to time.
Qualification :
Graduate

Experience Required :

6 to 10 Years
