Job Summary


Job Description / ResponsibilityPromote MI Brand Phones, Smart Phones, Feature phones and MI Accessories business.Conducting team meetings and interacting in con-calls with MI Buddys, ASMs & State heads.Daily three stores visits and check the parameters like shop branding, stock availability, and updated price list and accessories stocks as per checklist.Daily Login Attendance before 11am and after 7pm with GPS Location using the App.Tertiary sales should be 90% of primary and primary accessory billing needs to be 25%.Bill book Audit with proper customer name, phone number, sale price and excel report.Checking current Stock availability model wise and visibility if stock is being displayed.Check for accessories billed and ground stock of accessories.Check MI Zone is maintained for MI products and ensure that prime and visible area of store is given for MI products.MI Buddies daily sales, training, hygiene, product and competition knowledge.Monitoring usage of web link & F-360 App by dealers/partners. Monthly PJP Adherence.Stock allocation changes and timely billing is done.Partner Relationship, birth day Celebrations and rapport building with dealers/partners.Category wise product should be available and maintaining MSQ in all Stores.Check for Sale updating is done on daily basis and Latest Pricing Sheet is maintained in the store. Collecting customer feedback and sharing market potential.
Qualification :
Graduate

Experience Required :

4 to 6 Years
