Role Summary In this role, you will be working closely with Suvansh - our co-founder, who leads sales, customer success, marketplace operations and revenue enablement for us. Your responsibilities will include discovering and interacting with the right talent for any client and ensure the deal goes through. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll influence decisions across sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams, playing a vital part in our core business functions. What you will do Discovering and interacting with the right talent to meet client needs, ensuring successful deals. Collaborating and influencing decisions across various teams including sales, customer success, product, and marketing. Facilitate smooth operations and fulfilment processes by working closely with clients and talent. Create and manage a robust pipeline for clients by making optimal use of our talent network. Pitch clients to talent and vice versa, ensuring a match that is beneficial to all parties. Demonstrate proactive efforts in improving current processes, focusing on productization and streamlining for efficiency. Be willing to tackle any task necessary for streamlining our operations and processes, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Possess a keen eye for problem identification and show resourcefulness in working towards solutions. Uphold reliability and efficiency as core standards in running talent operations for Flexiple. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings, based on customer feedback and data analysis You should be Expert at a Hard Skill: At Flexiple, we value specialized proficiency.
