Job Summary

Role Summary:

Senior Manager B2B and Offline Marketing is to focus mainly on business from Airlines, Defence establishments and manage all offline marketing channels. The incumbent is responsible to maintain relation with the client and ensure repeated business. The role holder is also responsible for all Business Development and Marketing related activities that are carried across the Organization such as:

  • Offline Marketing Campaigns
  • Client / Customer Communication
  • Contract Negotiations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal & external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits
  • Develop marketing Campaigns for new products and services. Develop brochures, print or electronics adds, offline activation, Flyers, events etc to market corporate services
  • Liaison with major airlines (National / International) for new and existing business on both Dry lease and Wet lease basis
  • Establish tie-ups with the airlines to get Cadet program (CPL training + Type Rating)
  • To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Develop and manage relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
  • Monitor competitors and review the company s offerings in light of competitors developments to ensure that the company is on par with the latest trends in the industry
  • Focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction, ensure that periodic sales targets are met
  • Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.

Requirement and Skills:

  • MBA & Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies.
  • An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Remuneration: Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate to qualification, educational background and experience.
