Job Summary
Supervise and lead team members who design machinery, plan and develop Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance. Coordinate with other team like Marketing / Support to understand the requirement and transfer them to meaningful technical requirement Direct involvement in design / implementation of projects Collect Metrics on the health of each system. Foresee scalability / performance / technical issues of the system. Make detailed plans to accomplish goals. Build / Mentor / Train Technical team. Constantly in conversion with Management for the next set of improvement / enhancement. Requirements: Expertise in Core Java / JEE/ Spring / Hibernate and java related technologies Expertise in JSP / Java Script/ HTML CSS/ Bootstrap Expertise in MYSQL, PLSQL and thorough understanding of Data Management System Should have handled Web servers like Apache Experience in Build / Deployment tools like Maven / Ant etc Hands on experience in Performance Analysis / Security analysis Analytical skills and problem-solving skills Knowledge on Android app is an added advantage
Responsible for leading and supervising websites / technical systems with technical team as they develop, enhance, test develop, test, modify, and create solutions.
