Job description:
- Good understanding of supply chain management, operations management, process design
- Drive short/mid/long term projects for improvement in operations processes in collaboration with Design, Product, Tech, Analytics and all other stakeholder functions
- Drive BAU and strategic projects tracks impacting reliability, cost and speed
- Enable regional operations teams to meet AOP targets by coming with ideas for improvement and executing them to closure
- Play key role of owner for operations driven projects where genesis, solutioning, scope definition, implementation and roll out is managed primary by operations with the help of stakeholder functions
- Play role of program manager for projects and initiatives with dependencies across stakeholders and drive for progress and closure. Cadence meetings, reviews and assignment of role and ownership, while ensuring support from operations in terms of pilot execution, analysis, feedback, defining key requirements
