About the team

Hyperlocal is the newest team under the Flipkart umbrella, with the sole mission to provide Best Customer experience & Customer Delight serving the gamut of products under Flipkart platform. The team would enable Customers with multiple choices of faster deliveries bridging the gap of Urgent Customer Needs with a wider array of selection. The team is a high intensity team with the perfect blend of folks bringing complementary expertise from Fulfillment Centers, Last/Middle Mile & Customer Services.

About the role

The incumbent would be heading a city and managing operations,people and key stakeholders ensuring that the management expectations are met and the operations run smoothly without ambiguity. This person would be the bridge between leadership and the ground operations. Person would also be solving day to day operational issues and ensuring that the set targets/SLAsare met.

What youll do:

  • Responsible for Hyperlocal Stores Operations matrix across the City

  • Analysing city level and store level Weekly/ Monthly Performance

  • Ensuring Stores SLAs achievement at City Level

  • Ensuring that Store Level CPS Targets are achieved.

  • City Level - Store Capacities Sign-Off & Adjusting capacities basis Stores/ LM Disruptions with Central Team & other Stakeholders

  • Solving day to day operational issues with stores and 3PL

  • Identifying improvement areas, performing RCA and strategizing mitigation Plan atCity Level

  • Escalating FK Tech dependant issues for the City Stores & follow up for resolution with Central Teams

  • Launching new Stores in the City, planning, hiring & training workforce for the same.

  • Ensuring Inventory Hygiene & losses Reco at the City Level

  • Resolving cash reconciliation pendency at the City Level with 3PL Management Team

  • Handling Customer Escalation Issue, RCA & Long Term Operations Controls Building.

  • Ensuring City Level asset Availability at all Stores eg:- Bags/ POS Machines/ gel packs etc.

What youll need:

  • Candidate should speak local language.

  • Graduation is required.

  • Should have at-least 1yr team Handling Experience.

  • Experience with translating business requirements into operational processes
