About the Role
Manage DC Operations, Responsible for driving and achieving targets for key distribution KPIs pertaining to DCs
Drive daily monitoring and adherence for all KPIs with regional teams. Drive RCA and CAPA with ground operations teams for operational breaches and inaccuracies.
Drive implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ,
Drive process excellence in operations for reliability, cost reduction and growth enablement, through identification and monitoring of projects to solve operational inefficiencies.
Drive compliance for generation of regulatory & statutory documents for transportation from the DC Side.
Coordinate with stakeholders such as 3PL, RC, Line Haul etc. for effective utilization of resources and achieve desired goal

The FC central team strives to optimize supply chain operations while scaling up to the business needs, maintaining the speed, reliability and cost metrics within the defined targets while continuously improving the metrics.
What youll do:
Operational Analyst for Large and Furniture BU.
Responsible for driving optimization in Overall Operations in Large and Furniture by identifying inefficiencies and areas of improvements.
Drive daily monitoring and adherence for all KPIs with regional teams. Drive RCA and CAPA with ground operations teams for operational breaches and inaccuracies.
Drive implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in operations.
Validate monthly resource plan against the planned volume to achieve cost and reliability targets.
Identification & Program management of all improvement projects.
Drive process excellence in operations for reliability, cost reduction and growth ennoblement.
Coordinate with tech teams to resolve functional tech issues affecting operations.
Coordinate with stakeholders such as zonal Operational Analysts, Zonal Managers, DC Managers and other central teams for effective and smooth operation
What youll need:
Audacious, Bias for Action and Customer Centric (ABC) values of flipkart.
Design thinking resourcefulness to ensure challenges are resolved, alternative approaches are analysed.
Amazing analytical and data representation skills.
Experience - 3-6 years
Hands-on working style ability to run pilots, understand ground issues with implementation and scale up.
Thoroughness in working style to ensure key aspects are covered and depth of understanding to ensure clear progress on initiatives and projects
Good Team player
Good stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
