Role Summary:

-The person is responsible to work with brand & Sourcing teams to create product documentation, define test protocol for all our products and ensure meeting of high product quality standards for all Flipkart private brand products and highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate should be from mobile/Smart phone background

Work with Brand, category & Sourcing teams to finalise product specifications

Define test protocol for all categories / products.

Should be aware of Product development process

Should be aware of ODM and SKD business process

Identify the right third party for all test requirements.

Create product documentations including drawings, Critical to Quality processes, Packaging data, banned substance list etc (for Finished Goods, key raw materials)

Test product samples and conduct site audits to ensure the design & manufacturing process meets Flipkart requirements

This role requires close collaboration with:

1. Suppliers 2. Sourcing Team 3. Brand Team 4. Labs and inspection agencies 5.ODM supplier

Desired Background:

5-8 years of experience with large MNCs from mobile/smart phone background

Engineering background (Electronics, Electrical ) with experience of working in manufacturing environments

Previous experience of product testing and product documentation

Ability to work with different materials/categories

Strong leadership capabilities
