About the team
The team is responsible for Enterprise Risk Management and Ethics investigations across Flipkart Group
companies (Flipkart, Instakart, Jeeves, F1, Myntra and PhonePe). The business sectors are primarily ecommerce, B2B, marketplace, logistics, warehousing, prepaid instruments, UPI, repairs and installation services.

About the role
As Senior Manager in Ethics investigations, you will lead the ethics investigations allocated to the team for
investigation. You will oversee all case investigations starting from preparation of approach to carrying out
investigation including subject interviews, preparation of report, de-brief, management of MIS reports etc. on a timely basis and with highest quality. You will ensure team members are adequately trained and are optimally used. You will take up any additional tasks as required from time to time as per Functions / Organizational requirements.

What youll do:
Manages and oversees the ethics investigation program by ensuring all reported cases from across
Flipkart Group are addressed in a timely manner, consistent with global governance expectations and
mandates, as well as proactively develops company specific tools/processes to further improve and
enhance case handling to meet or exceed established KPIs and business needs.
Responsible for managing Ethics investigations, working closely with HR, senior leadership and legal
to drive the process and ensure timely conclusion of cases.
Responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting on companys case management metrics and
trends ensuring the proactive engagement of the appropriate stakeholders to identify process gaps
and potential solutions.
Promotes an environment that reinforces the highest standards of ethics and integrity; including the
interpretation of Flipkarts Statement of Ethics / Code of Conduct to ensure that recommended
actions/behaviors are consistent and aligned with core beliefs and values.
Responsible for the execution, coordination and participation in activities to assess the effectiveness of
the ethics program, including but not limited to risk assessments, Continuous Improvement
Reviews and Compliance site Tours.
Collaborates and shares best practices and insights with global compliance partners to drive
continuous improvement and evaluation of program needs.
Trains and coaches / mentors team members; actively engage in employee development and learning.

What youll need:
Excellent subject interviewing skills
Excellent eye for detail in terms of conceptualization and data analytics around fraud risks
Internationally recognized certification, such as CFE (desirable)
8-10 years of relevant work experience in Ethics investigation, Fraud, Employee misconduct etc.
High people management, written and communication skills
Qualified Chartered Accountant / Graduate / Post Graduate
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel)
