What youll do:

1- Service Channel Expansion Planning: Spearhead the expansion of service network planning & setting up service centers for ensuring better and differentiated Service Experience. Developing & implementing improvement programs for partners to upgrade the service standards.

2- Strategy to Solve for End to End Repair Support for EW, 2GUD, CPP, Walk in centers ®ular BAU Repair Business for Large.

3- BAU & Peak capacity building to Support the peak manpower requirement for all Business at affordable prices.

4- Network Project Management: Manage Network related projects from inception to completion in coordination with other functional stakeholders. Periodic publication of status reports, tracking, escalation to stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects.

5- Manage the Business Continuity for Partner Operations. Close monitoring of Partner performance & feedback, Partner escalation management, Managing Data collection, importing, transforming, validating or modelling data with the purpose of reviewing, analysing, understanding of making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes by extracting the essence and recommending conclusions. Managing the Payable and Recoverable.

6- Candidate is expected to work closely with Internal and External Stakeholders to understand the business requirement, define clear actionable with timelines, arrive at costing, align design & operations and work with product-tech team to launch new capabilities & scale existing capabilities.

What youll need:

Candidate should have worked / experience in - Partner Life Cycle Management , Channel Network Design , Market Place Expansion , People Management , Service Metrics , Service Delivery , Cost efficiencies , New Partner Onboarding , Partner Satisfaction , Supply Chain .

  • Bachelors Degree from Tier 1 Engineering School

  • MBA from Tier 1 B-school

  • Experience of business / growth/ category teams

Skills Required :
Consumer , Electornics , Ecom industry experience is must , Worked with / Handled large Channel Networks , Good with People skills , Inter-department coordination , Cross Functional Stake Holder Management .
