Job Summary

Plan & direct beverages preparation and culinary activities.
Inspect freshness of products & ingredients.
Develop recipes and determine its presentation.
Plan menus and ensure uniform and actively serving patrons.
Invent & demonstrate variety of beverages, Ice creams, chocolates, cheese, Paneer and many more.
Plan & execute activities for invited guests at the store.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations with safety standards.
Train and supervise the store team.
Manage troubleshoot.

Salary : INR 6,00,000 7,50,000 P.A.
Qualification :
UG -Any Graduate Any Specialization, BHM Hotel Management, PG Post Graduation Not Required, Doctorate Doctorate Not Required
