Job Summary

Build a strong team and ensure motivation and team spirit is kept high
Provide monthly performance reports to your manager
Store, analyze, monitor & share the data with sales & technical team to improve the team s efficiency.
Coordinate closely with cross functional teams like procurement, logistics, Category Managers & PLM to have an optimized cost & strategy for the customer requirements.
Involve in a technical/commercial discussion with Sales, Engineering & procurement and provide insight from transaction and commercial point of view.
Communicate to your direct reports and keep them up to date & guide them to follow the latest strategies in costing & proposal preparation
Ensure On time and response time are kept within given KPI s
Ensure workflows and processes are being followed by your direct reports
Optimize efficiency in the team by reviewing and editing workflows and improving the processes.
Focus on quality deliveries and minimize losses
Maintain the required data, process to handle the Internal and external Audit.
Contribute to cross-team knowledge s sharing of best practices
Work with other regions by providing and getting intercompany quotes
Order handling and execution
Book the sale orders in oracle to meet order booking target as agreed with Sales. Match booking numbers with Finance report.
Develop new initiatives that can benefit our customers
Develop your commercial mindset and be service oriented
