Job Summary Job Description: We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Manager with a strong focus to drive the development of marketing collaterals, social media strategy, and website management. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to create compelling content, showcase our value proposition, and establish a strong digital presence. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, looking to create impactful content for B2B audiences. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Marketing Collaterals Take full ownership of all sales and marketing collaterals, including: Corporate profiles, Capability decks, Industry presentations, Case studies, white papers, brochures, and one-pagers. Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to ideate, design, and create content that supports Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. Work closely with delivery teams to produce and publish case studies, white papers, and process documents. Develop and repurpose master content for specific use cases, campaigns, and customer requirements. 2. Social Media Management Manage and take ownership of all social media handles to enhance brand presence. Repurpose existing content (case studies, white papers, articles, blogs) into engaging social media posts tailored for diverse audiences. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, HR, Recruitment, and Delivery teams, to create impactful external and internal-facing content. Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with GTM initiatives. 3. Website Ownership Own and manage the company s websites and microsites. Regularly update the website with fresh, relevant content such as case studies, blogs, articles, and white papers. Ensure website content aligns with the company s GTM strategy and business objectives. Optimize website as a resource for potential clients, partners, and employees. 4. Market Research Conduct industry and customer research to stay updated on pain points, solutions, and trends. Perform competitor analysis to identify new offerings and best practices. Collaborate with the Sales team to strategize and refine GTM plans based on market insights. 5. Marketing Email Campaigns Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for diverse audiences such as prospects, clients, and recruits. Build segmented audiences and run personalized outreach campaigns. 6. Webinars Organize and conduct webinars as a channel for thought leadership and lead generation. Work with internal teams to create relevant topics, speaker decks, and follow-up content. 7. Corporate Communication Partner with HR and other teams to manage internal and external corporate communications. Develop content that enhances employee engagement and showcases company culture.
