Job Summary

Description : Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment from searching/ sourcing & screening resume to shortlisting candidates, coordinating & conducting interview Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Understands the JD and formulate a sourcing plan to get relevant profiles Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Negotiate and Offer the selected candidates within our defined project cost Assisting the candidates for their BGV process post selection and offer Compose job offer letters, Onboard new hires, Smooth transition process from offer to on boarding

Profile : BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in HR Permanent resident of NCR will be given preference Someone with exposure in HRMS, PF, ESI & LWF will be given preference Proven 2+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition personnel Exposure of leadership hiring will be a plus Must be an excellent communicator & soft spoken Must be good in Email writing & MIS reporting Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and self-driven Experience in IT Hiring, blue collar hiring experience will be a plus Should be able to handle pressure Someone who is a go getter, willing to learn & open for feedback
