Job Summary

The job roles and responsibilities are,


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls Ensure quality of service is met as per organisation guidelines Identify and assess customer s needs to achieve customer satisfaction (CSAT).

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools to achieve first call resolution.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits- follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Ensure GDPR compliance is adhered to all the time.

  • Be flexible to work in all shifts aligned by the organisation.

  • Take the extra mile, find opportunities to assist customers.

  • Keep yourself open to work in any project aligned by the organisation.

  • Ensure to know the KPIs set as per the project assigned and work towards the benchmark set by the organisation



Requirements

The candidate should have the below skill sets,


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
