Job Summary

The job roles and responsibilities are,


  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.

  • Work closely with management and Employees to Improve Work relationships,

  • Build Morale and increase productivity and retention.

  • Provide HR policy guidance.

  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

  • Evaluate training programs.

  • Suggest new HR strategies

  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner.

  • Excellent people management skills.

  • Analytical and goal oriented



Requirements

This role reports to the Human Resources Manager.


Required Skills:


The candidate should have the below skill sets,


  • MBA-MSW-PG in HR with 8 years in a BPO - Product development set up.

  • Willing to work in the night shift and also flexible about work timings.

  • Good experience in handling HR Operations.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • Good experience in managing a small team with excellent

  • interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to Detail.

  • Energetic, mature individuals with experience in handling employee grievances.

  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.

  • Ability to give presentations.
