Job Summary

JOB PROFILE

Handle customers enquiries in a courteous and prompt manner Manage customer expectations professionally Devise and implement ways to enhance process workflow & customer experience Ensure customer database is up to date and keep track of customer profile providing timely updates to management Maintain confidentiality of customer database Should have managed inbound process with AHT s similar to ours (AHT = Average Handling time for a call) Regularly monitor ecommerce sites activities and report any situation that appears out of the norm to immediate supervisor

TOOLS AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

Undergraduates/graduates 1-2 years of experience in customer service Front-line customer service experience Strong communicating &interpersonal skills Customer service oriented, proactive and resourceful Patient, understanding but firm and confident in handling customers Has a positive attitude and passion to provide good customer service Preferably from e-commerce or internet industry No gap in relevant work experience Weekends and Public Holidays are compulsory working Email or LIVE Chat Process knowledge would be an advantage Good verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills Good working knowledge of MS Office and PPT
