Lead Visual Designer Job in Fortanix

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years' graphic design and creative experience transcending graphics ,visualization 2d/3d, videos, web design, branding knowledge and powerpoint in a B2B enterprise software company
• Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills, including PowerPoint, webpage, social media graphics, email and newsletter experience required
• Ability to build a brand language and assets to drive visual tone and consistency across the organization
• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles that create impact without being overwhelming
• Excellent communications skills and ability to quickly and effectively understand design requests
• Great collaboration skills and ability to manage deadlines without compromising quality while working with global teams
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, and time-management skills
• Preferably a bachelors or masters degree in design from Design institutes, NIFT etc.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in an early stage tech start-up environment
• Prior experience working with distributed teams in the US and Europe
