Job Summary Responsibilities
  • Managing the Customer Account Lifecycle from booking till possession.
  • Coordinating with various departments; Accounts, Legal, Banks, Site Modifications, Technical etc. for timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Sending welcome letters, demand notes, reminders, collecting and maintaining payments records.
  • Managing and maintaining all documentation regarding each and every transaction.
  • Managing all written & verbal communication with Customer (after booking of unit until the handing over / registration of unit).
  • Updating and maintaining MIS reports with regard to CRM functions as per specified timelines.
  • Delivering a satisfactory response to all customer queries (in person, through telephone or E-Mail).
Requirements
  • Graduates, preferably with experience in customer service/sales operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Must be a team-player with high level of commitment.
  • Hard working with a will to succeed.
