Job Summary

This position will be responsible for meeting company sales & market share goals in the assigned sales territory through sales to original equipment manufacturers and end user customers.

Including but not limited to:

  • To penetrate targeted OEMs and end user customers, develop customer s profiles, create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Personally take the lead in major Key Utilities in power sector distributors
  • Drive Key account management in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve regional targets in sales & revenue
  • Responsible for all sales activities and generated revenue in his region.
  • Management of existing sales distributors and expansion of dealer network as well as direct sales of our products with associated responsibility for turnover.
  • Responsible for the effective execution of the sales planning tool.
  • Coordinating with the product line managers and factories for order booking and shipment coordination
  • Working with customer to collect payment in time
  • Participation in Exhibitions, Demonstration and other customer and market related activities.

Education -

  • Engineering preferably in Power, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial automation, or other related fields

Experience -

  • Minimum 5-8 years in the field of sales of condition monitoring products preferably in Power Sector (relevant experience)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of applications in Condition monitoring of Electrical Assets
  • Demonstrated drive and success to successfully achieve revenue targets, grow market share
  • Demonstrated success to alter customer specifications to include their products
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Sales background in Factory/Industrial automation

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in native language & English including group presentation skills
  • Strong, confidence-inspiring personality Fluent in English
  • Good interpersonal skills & time management skills.
  • Consulting and customer orientation & persuasion skill
  • High level of energy, dynamic and self-driven

  • Ability to cope with pressure as well as flexibility or mobility for frequent traveling

IT Skills -

  • Working knowledge of personal computers including common business application software; i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
