Job Summary

Key Competencies

  • Expertise in Route to Market and Retail execution solutions for CPG companies including salesforce digitization, B2B e-commerce and improving in-store execution

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with and influence Customer Development and Retail Execution departments of clients to understand requirements and structure analytical solutions to solve them and drive implementation within the client organization.
  • End to end solution development including consulting, analytics & technology streams
  • Develop and nourish key client relationships at Director level and above for key clients
  • Bring in thought leadership in Sales and Route to market analytics solutions and be a trusted advisor for Sr. leaders in client organizations
  • Work closely with the analytics delivery team in offshore to design, develop and review solutions to be delivered to clients
  • Manage delivery of projects and long term programs with key stakeholders and navigate through the client organization to deliver the program seamlessly
  • Generate ideas with the Route to Market team internally to develop new IP or products in the Route to Market domain
  • Work with Fractal Sales team on Go to market strategy for Route to Market and Sales analytics
  • Excellent project management demonstrated by ability to organize work streams, estimate and deliver on timelines. Anticipate dependencies, delay in delivery and takes appropriate steps to prevent them (including laying out of process and ensuring its compliance)

Desired Candidate must have

  • Overall experience of 12+ years, with minimum 6-8 years of hands-on modelling experience
  • Strong consulting, storyboarding and design skills
  • Strong expertise in CPG domain with extensive work done in Route to market analytics or improving efficiency of retail execution
  • Strong hands-on with MS office related skills esp Excel and Power-point
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing predictive models in some of these areas Recommendation models, Assortment optimization models, Shelf space optimization, B2B e-commerce, Route planning and optimization etc
  • Technical depth/knowledge of tools and technologies such as R, Python, Power BI, Tableau etc. and on cloud deployment,
  • Good understanding on statistical modeling techniques Recommender models, optimization techniques, Bayesian modelling etc.
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure ecosystem
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills (Written + Spoken) required
  • Experience working with and liaising across Agile teams
  • High Net promoter score for all project and program deliveries
  • Contribute to development of IP or products for Route to market solutions
  • P&L responsibility for key accounts / clients
