Job Description:

As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to the achievement of sales goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless sales process.


Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Provide detailed product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and merchandise displays.

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and sales events.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve selling skills and product expertise.

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Contribute to the overall positive and energetic atmosphere of the store.


Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Basic knowledge of using a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus.

Proactive and motivated to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Sales skill with 1+ years experience
