As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in English-speaking regions. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our company.


Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customers in English-speaking markets.

Engage with leads through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Utilize persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting repeat business.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns for English-speaking regions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth.

Represent Francisco Technology Consulting at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.


Requirements:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or related field.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Technologically proficient, with experience using CRM software and sales-related tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
