Job Summary Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
  • Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
  • Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.
  • Receiving vendors bills, maintaining their record.
  • Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the center.
  • Ensuring excellent hospitality to all center walk-ins.
  • Ensuring entry of all Walk-ins in register and TAB.
  • Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Desk Representative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good Time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer Handling skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Experience Required :

    Minimum 2 Years
