Job Summary


Key responsibilities

Taking ownership to onboard the customer by understanding the requirement and provide world class solutions.

Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.

Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints or comments as well as actions taken.

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.

Refer unresolved customer issues to designated department or supervisor for resolution.

Requirements

Minimum Graduates (Masters Preferred)

2-4+ years of Customer support experience.

Ability to learn and understand the SAAS products.

Prior experience of working in logistics technology companies would be an advantage

Base location would be Chennai/Mumbai (Should be flexible to work in US/Europe timings on need basis)

Excellent communication skills

Fast learner and can pick up new technologies.

Understand the customer requirements and passion to provide solutions.
