Drive marketing initiatives at a fast-growing NYC based start-up (Optional WFH)

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We currently work with 400+ students across 250 colleges and universities in the US.

How do we create unique value propositions? How do we optimize the existing revenue channels and develop additional revenue channels? How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints? These are the questions our cross-functional Growth Team members work on every day. They do so not as developers, designers, or marketers, but as entrepreneurs, determined to drive the business forward.

This role is perfect for someone who is in the early stages of her or his marketing career. You ll learn tons about a lot of different aspects of marketing. And for the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity.

We re looking for someone willing to take ownership of projects, is super attentive to details, is proactive, and can stay calm under pressure. The ideal candidate should love taking on new challenges.

Needless to say, you ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early on in their Marketing and/or Growth careers. You ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.

Description of the Role

  • Manage our product and design galleries to keep them up to date and clutter-free
  • Work closely with the Acquisitions team to set up and prepare campaigns
  • Coordinate with influencers, models, photographers, and graphic designers to create marketing assets
  • Coordinate with our Operations, Art, Printer, Finance, Tech, and Sales teams to ensure we nail every detail of our campaigns
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
  • Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels
  • Effectively execute daily administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong time management & prioritisation skills
  • Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work
  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Compensation & Benefits

  • 5 - 8 lakhs per annum (adjusted for experience)

Details

  • This will be a one-year fixed term position with a possibility to convert into a permanent role
  • This is a WFH role, which could be based in India or the Philippines.
  • We will eventually have an office in Hyderabad, India but working from the office is completely optional even if you are in India
  • Hours are Monday - Friday, 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm IST
