Responsibilities

? Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span across one or multiple teams

? Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include 360 degree view of the project and end to end implementation

? Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle

? Track and report project success criteria

? Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Requirements

? 6 - 8 years of Program/ Project management experience

? Manage multiple initiatives at the same time and build systems to perform

? A person who can independently build and scale new programs

? Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

? Prior experience in Consumer/Brand Research and analysis would be a plus
