Job Summary

Job Role :

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Market Strategic Account Manager who has a unique experience in any two or all of FinServ, Education, Retail and Managed Services industries. The ideal candidate has Saas sales experience with a terrific reputation for over-achieving quota by growing revenues in existing customers.

Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals

Experience in presenting technology suite of products within an existing portfolio of accounts

Experience in proactively growing customer relationships while being curious to understand client s business

Prior experience in an environment where they managed a book of business in technology sales which included large growth in net new opportunities

Consult and translate customer business and technology needs into technology solutions

Proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota achievement

Understanding of Customer Experience/Employee Experience in a world of digital business transformation.

This candidate should be a self-starter with a GROWTH MINDSET who has a willingness to learn and adapt in any situation. He/ She should be prepared to develop and execute against an account plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets and have a strong can-do attitude in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and technical expertise along with engagement skills from a CXO level to technical and operations staff. The Account Manager will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments with good communication and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive sales in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets in ASEAN Markets

Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline (ideally 4X) including opportunities in existing accounts

Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically

Create & articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders also work in alignment with inside stakeholders namely AEs, Customer Success, Implementations, Billing, Support, deals teams etc

Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy

Assist customers in identifying industry relevant use cases and educate customers to make a strong business impact

Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Maintain best in class service and customer satisfaction

Open to travel if and when needed (mainly domestic)
