Job Summary

Weare looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers to helpus expandour clientele. You will be the front of the company and shouldhavethe dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is todrivesustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forgingstrong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

1.Meet potential Dealers and Franchise partners for growing, maintaining, andleveraging our network in Uttar Pradesh.

2.Be the brand ambassador and plan marketing approaches, events and schemes withFranchise partners.

3.Build mutually beneficial alliances to increase our dealers network in UttarPradesh region.

4.Identify marketing and product opportunities with other brands/serviceproviders to drive customer traffic and awareness for Friscone group.

5.Enhance existing business relationships and constantly engage them, creatingnew avenues of expansion.

6.Track and optimize programs with our existing partners based on set targets.

7.Constantly devise and recommend market disrupting strategies backed with marketresearch and competition analysis.

8.Work closely with the Team leader and Business development head to generatemaximum leads.

9.Research and identify market trends and new/existing brand players that maystrategically enhance Dealers acquisition in Uttar Pradesh.

Skills Required:

  • Educationlevel: Minimum Graduation
  • Experience:

o ForSr. Development Manager : 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience

o ForBusiness Development Manager : 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Ethicsand integrity of the highest degree
  • Specificskills: Self-starter, excellent negotiation skills, handling stress,competitive
  • Strongcommunication skills (via phone, email or in-person)
  • Excellentorganizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • SpeaksEnglish and Hindi fluently
  • Good knowledgeabout the Uttar Pradesh retail market (will be given preference)
  • Ableto travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects asnecessary
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Sales skill with 1+ years experience
