Performance Test Engineer Job in Frugal Testing

# We're looking for Performance Test Engineers to join us. You'll be part of a team that follows fast-paced high-growth technology. ### **Roles and responsibilities:** - Hands-on experience in developing scripts, designing test scenarios, test execution, monitoring, analyzing results, and reporting performance bottlenecks. - Experience in setting up/designing load scenarios for various tests like load tests, endurance tests, stress tests, etc. - Expert-level proficiency in Java and Javascript. - Ability to work independently on project performance testing with minimal supervision. - Provide technical input into planning efforts - Create a technical testing strategy and technical scope - Prepare, execute and monitor all testing activities - Develop tools for the parsing of logs generated by the AUT - Maintain test lab including the performance tools and the performance environment - Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions. - Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency. - Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking activities. - Provide support in project design, development, and deployment activities. - Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures - Identify and recommend NFR requirements for performance testing through analysis of product specifications and software requirements. - Ensure that the testing environment is ready and available - Good knowledge of 3-tier architecture, Application, and DB layer for a good understanding of test env. - Able to understand the complex architecture of the product developed in various different technologies like .net, and java. ### Requirements: - 2-4 years of relevant experience in performance test Experience with Jmeter, Load RoadRunner/Performance Center, Blazemeter, or any other load testing tools. - Master s / Bachelor s degree or equivalent. - Experience in APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, and AppDynamics. - A logical engineer mindset with analytical thinking. - Ability to work well with the development team to propose solutions and take on the performance issues #
