• Experience in Appian BPM v 20x, COE practice is a must.
• Appian BPM Certification, ACAD-2 are preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years experience as an Appian Architect.

• Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
• Manage the process of requirement identification and gathering, maintain the functional backlog and supports the functional design, and ensure the optimal use of Appian functionality and adherence to guardrails.
Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client.
• Own application development and technical architecture components.
