Job Summary Associate Product Manager at PyjamaHRWe are looking for a dynamic Associate Product Manager to join our team at PyjamaHR(aproduct of FullThrottle Labs). As a Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible forassisting in the development and management of our SaaS-based company. You will work closelywith our cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Successto ensure that we deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap to ensure that our
products meet market needs and deliver a differentiated value proposition.
  • Work closely with Engineering to define and prioritize features and functionality,
ensuring that development efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Create functional requirements, working with the design team for wireframes,
prototype
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop product messaging and positioning
that effectively communicates the value of our products to customers and prospects.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities for innovation,
and suggest recommendations for new product development.
  • Partner with Customer Success to gather feedback from customers, and use that
feedback to drive product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of our products, and use that
data to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Support the product launch process, including developing launch plans, coordinating
cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product is launched on time and meetsquality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS-based
startup would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform
decision-making.
  • Passion for technology and a decent understanding of SaaS products and the software
development process.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving
startup environment.
