Job Summary
We're looking for a Product Designer to help us create exceptional user experiences. You'll work with our team to conceptualize and design new features, conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensure that the final product meets our design standards.

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of our customers.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in designing a web and mobile-based product
- Portfolio or work samples showcasing UX work, and best practices for user-centered interface and interaction design
- Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences within the organization
- A keen sense of design - both interaction design and visual design Knowledge of wireframe tools
- Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock-ups
- Team spirit & strong communication skills to collaborate with a team
- Experience working with researchers to derive insights and make strategic decisions informed by data
- B2B SaaS platform design experience would be advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of product design or related field expertise
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
